SmarTek Systems Cabinet Surge Protection

The SmarTek Systems SVS-1 Surge Protection Card is used in both the
camera junction box (SVS-JB) and in the intersection cabinet to provide
protection for signal, control, and power lines. Both solid state chips (for fast
transients) and gas tubes (for large transients) are incorporated. The video
signal line uses standard BNC connectors while the power and motorized
lens control lines us pluggable terminal block connectors.
The SmarTek Systems SAS-CT card is used to provide the cabinet end termination point for the SAS-1 home run. The SAS-CT provides protection for signal and power lines using both solid state chips (for fast transients) and gas tubes (for large transients).
